Shipping policy

Domestic items normally ship within 1-3 days but may sometimes take longer if we have a manufacturer ship the parts directly to you (drop ship).

International shipments can take 7-14 days before shipping depending on items and shipment method.

Transit time will vary by shipping methods. UPS/USPS/FedEx tracking is available. USPS shipments do not offer "tracking" but package status can be obtained using Delivery Confirmation/Customs Form numbers.

Please have the transportation agent note any damage or shortage on the receiving document so any claim can be handled accurately. When received, the Buyer should check the goods immediately and notify us of any damaged/missing parts. Failure to notify within 3 business days shall constitute acceptance of shipment as undamaged and complete.

Freight Policy for Body Parts:
All body parts are sold As-Is and no returns are allowed. Please carefully inspect shipments at the time of receipt for shipping damage. Damage must be noted at the time of receipt or no claims will be honored. Jeeperz Creeperz, Inc. will assist with filing shipping claims on your behalf only if damage has been noted with the shipping agent at the time of delivery.

Free Shipping Terms:
Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped by free by a carrier of our choice so long as all the items in the order are shipped. If an item is on backorder and the customer cancels the item for any reason, causing the order subtotal to fall below the free shipping limit (currently $1500), shipping charges will be applied from the canceled item charge and any remainder will be credited back to the customer, or voided in the case of a credit card charge.
