TeraFlex 60 Axle HD wear-adjustable Ball Joints eliminate the need and hassle of rebuilding worn joints, simply adjust them. The threaded adjustment collar eliminates the common separation failures of conventional 60 axle ball joints.

TeraFlex HD Ball Joints are engineered to handle the increased loads caused by oversized tires, added vehicle weight, and offset wheels. They feature a threaded ball stud retaining ring that replaces the factory's crimp-style design, which is notorious for failure.

This ring also allows precise preload adjustment during assembly and later, on-vehicle adjustments using basic hand tools, eliminating the need for costly, labor-intensive rebuilds.

Each TeraFlex 60 Axle HD Joint incorporates a massive 32mm heat-treated chromoly ball stud and a hardened tool steel wear plate for maximum durability. Dual helical grease grooves machined into the stud allow spent grease to exit through a low-profile seal, improving longevity and simplifying maintenance.

From serious trail abuse to daily driving, these ball joints deliver long life, consistent performance, and easy, on-vehicle adjustability that eliminates the need for rebuilding.
